Philadelphia Animal Care and Control Needs A Vet

The Philadelphia Animal Care and Control Association, PACCA, takes in more than 30,000 animals every year.  It's save rate is now 60% after being 10% only a few short years ago and its goal is to become a no kill shelter.  However, there is a major road block standing in the way of this noble goal.  PACCA cannot afford a full time veterinarian.  If their goal of becoming a no kill shelter is to be achieved, they NEED a full time vet on staff.  If you support the city in allotting funds to provide PACCA with a full time veterinarian, please sign this petition.
