PTCL has recently launch IPTV service first time ever in Pakistan. Product named as Smart TV, indeed it's a Smart TV but they can't attract customers until they provide good content and public demand. Right now PTCL is providing outdated contents and non-popular channel. Don't know who has got that bad taste to decide which channel should broadcast or not?
If PTCL has to be persistingly successful then they should give attention on Customer Care because that is all about success. PTCL has exclusively launched this product therefore they should respect their customer response.
We demand PTCL officials to tune good channel to more attract their customers, especially we demand to tune HADI TV (http://haditv.com) i.e. one of the very good islamic channel.
Hopefully our this small effort could lead to better result.
