We want to keep our Bow only and Muzzleload only seasons in NC
We do not want to have a any weapon season in NC. We feel that any weapon seasons will be harmful to what we believe is our right to have a bow only and a muzzleload only season.
We would like to propose extended season going into January as well as
opening areas to us that have been off limits before.
We understand that deer are overpopulated near cities and townships, but they will always be overpopulated if we are not allowed to go into these places to limit the number of deer.
Do not take our bow only and muzzleload only seasons away!!!!If you want NC Wildlife to deny our rights as lisence holders, Bow Hunters, and Muzzleload Hunters thendo not sign.Do not let them destroy our hunting rights and priviledges. wrccomments@ncwildlife.org As a Bowhunter,and Muzzleload Hunter we do not want to see a any weapon rule enforced in NC. The use of any weapon is going to have disturbing results with anyone wanting to use a bow or muzzleloader.We propose that you extend the season till January, and open up some existing parks. We also have several 3 day game lands that could easily be 6 day gamelands.There is also the rural bow season that would greatly help with car accidents if we were allowed access to more rural areas. As a lisence holder and purchaser I am demanding that this proposal is denied and another proposal with some of the above ideas.
