Children Getting Screwed over by a Step Parent when a parent dies

In 2008 my father died.  He would have not died if his dumb son and his mother had taken him to a hospital when he was experiencing chest pains.  Instead she gets into a car accident and does not report it until he is dead and burried.  And her son takes him to a chiropractor and then puts him in a hot tub when he was clearly  having chest pains.  And died of a heart attack a hour later.  When the will was made up she made sure my sisters and I were not in his will and only her kids and her brother.  When the will went into probate we found out that the woman Sally Reed was not Leagaly married to my father Lawrence Chichester.  The judge over turned the Supreme Court order stating that my father could not marry as long my mother was alive.  This was done in 1963 and he married Sally Reed not even three years later.  Dont we have a great justice system in New York State
