Charge Donald Trump with "Inciting to Riot," "Conspiracy to Commit" and Hate Crimes

Charge Donald Trump with "Inciting to Riot," as he has clearly done this on numerous occasions and lauded those who responded by actually carrying out the assault he told them not only to do, but pledged to pay their attorney's fees.

I cite the Law:

"Under federal law, a riot is a public disturbance involving an act of violence by one or more persons assembled in a group of at least three people. Inciting a riot applies to a person who organizes, encourages, or participates in a riot. It can apply to one who urges or instigates others to riot. According to 18 USCS § 2102 "to incite a riot", or "to organize, promote, encourage, participate in, or carry on a riot", includes, but is not limited to, urging or instigating other persons to riot, but shall not be deemed to mean the mere oral or written (1) advocacy of ideas or (2) expression of belief, not involving advocacy of any act or acts of violence or assertion of the rightness of, or the right to commit, any such act or acts."

His actions constitute an "Overt Act." Again, the legal definition of an Overt Act:

"Some jurisdictions favor the "substantial act" test. They permit an attempt conviction when a defendant with the requisite criminal intent performs a substantial act towards the commission of the crime. Under this test, for example, a prospective burglar can be convicted of attempted Burglary if apprehended in an alley with burglary tools, even though he had not determined which building he was going to burglarize."

Add "Conspiracy" to the list, also.

These are all Federal crimes. On top of all of it, make these hate crimes. From the FBI's web site:

"A hate crime is a traditional offense like murder, arson, [assault] or vandalism with an added element of bias. For the purposes of collecting statistics, the FBI has defined a hate crime as a "criminal offense against a person or property motivated in whole or in part by an offender's bias against a race, religion, disability, sexual orientation, ethnicity, gender, or gender identity." Hate itself is not a crime—and the FBI is mindful of protecting freedom of speech and other civil liberties."

His status as a candidate for President of the United States does not make him immune to the laws of this country. It is your duty as U. S. Attorney General to charge him with these crimes, at a minimum.

As his actions have caused persons to be physically assaulted and he has lauded them, endorsed their actions and offered to pay any and all attorney's fees to any person(s) who, in the future, during any of his events, assault a protester: he is continuing to incite persons to riot and cause bodily harm against others.

Do your duty.
