Defend Democracy: Condemn Trump's attack on ActBlue

If you care about democracy, please stand with us in condemning Trump's wildly unfair and partisan attack on ActBlue.

I’m writing to you today urging you to do everything in your power to
protect ActBlue from the latest round of politically motivated attacks.

These blatantly unlawful and brazen attacks need to be seen for what
they are: the Far Right’s latest attempt to shut down all political,
electoral and ideological opposition. ActBlue is a vital part of the
infrastructure of our democracy. It allows tens of millions of people—
not just the wealthy few—to support the causes and candidates they
believe in. What’s at stake isn’t just a platform—it’s the ability for
people to have their voices heard.

The Trump Administration’s push to investigate ActBlue—despite no
evidence after years of similar partisan efforts—is a clear attempt to
take down the infrastructure that powers Democratic grassroots
fundraising. Meanwhile, Republican-aligned platforms face no similar
scrutiny.

We cannot let the Far Right silence small-dollar donors. Please speak
out and do everything you can to defend ActBlue and the democratic
participation it makes possible.
