This petition has been created to request that the President of the United States and his administration initiate a thorough scientific analysis of the UFO phenomenon through a scientific panel that is publicly approved; a scientific panel that is independent from the potential for government, military and/or corporate influence, that will provide a concrete, truthful, and unbiased answer as to whether we are being visited by people of extra-terrestrial origin.

Dear Mr. President,
As you may be aware, there is a growing and significant interest internationally in the phenomenon known as UFOs. Polls performed in various countries have shown that a significantly high proportion of the general public has a growing curiosity towards this phenomenon. Yet, the public has little in the way of scientifically substantiated evidence to make an informed decision with regards to this subject.
Hundreds of credible witnesses from government, military, corporate, as well as average citizens - many with extensive knowledge of airborne phenomenon - are steadily coming forward to divulge to the public that they have had experiences which denote intelligent beings have visited this planet from outside of our solar system. This subject may seem ridiculous to some, but the witness testimony clarifies that there is a phenomenon that is being experienced across our entire globe that is tangible and entirely factual.
The subject to which the general public would like clarification on is whether our planet is being visited by extra-terrestrial beings. Currently, if this is the case, governments around the world continue to be unable to find the fortitude to admit this fact to their people.
Governments around the world continue to progressively de-classify UFO-related documents for the general public to peruse, yet this action does little to lift the rumours and speculation that surround a subject which has been ridiculed and largely ignored by government, military and much of the public for decades.
Please find attached a list of United States and International citizens who wholeheartedly agree with the contents of this letter.
We hope you will find the way to initiate a thorough scientific analysis of this phenomenon through a scientific panel that is publicly approved; a scientific panel that is independent from the potential for government, military and/or corporate influence. We the undersigned, hope you will find the fortitude to provide the public with purely unbiased and truthful answers to this long-standing, and extremely important question, for all of humanity.
