Restrict public use of pup play/fetish gear during convention hours

Disclaimer: there is absolutely nothing wrong with being involved in pup play. There's a time and place for everything- so long as it is kept where is appropriate.

Pup play gear and fetish wear worn PUBLICLY on convention grounds should not be allowed within all-age events. This includes but does not limit to: rubber suits, bondage, pup hoods and visible genitalia through thin costume pieces. (Yes, this is all VERY real)
At Furfest last year, though held great memories, was also when it came to the attention of many from how disturbing, out of control and over all less-inviting cons were becoming. Unless stricter rules and regulations are put into place, the future of going to cons like MFF will be avoided by attendees who fall under 18 years of age or those who just do not want to be around that negative and sexual aura.

Going back to disclaimer: what you keep behind closed doors or in a venue that caters to mature audiences should not be an issue- so long as it is not displayed to public events/venues compiled of children, families and people attending for a safe/good time.

Now, all is said- but what can be done to bring change and improve people's sense of security and overall experience at this year's MidwestFurfest?

Rules must be placed banning the use of fetish wear and bondage before AD (after dark) hours on the con floor.
Suggesting someone ignores this rule results in warning marked to their convention badge. 2nd offense: more serious concequences all up to coordinating staff.
