We demand there be a law against scammers and predators

I was scammed for thousands of dollars and when I went to the police to make a police report they said there is nothing they can do but I can take him to small claims but there are ways for people to reject a small claims . I am very angry and I know there are many more victims out there that want justice. I want this petition to be our voice . Where are our justice system.
