Wellington,10yr,olds,ON ICE CALLS FOR REHAB

We don't need to hide we been in the same place many times before our self's most of the community and either alcohol abuse,drugs or both. The crime in the community is not getting any better and that is because we have two jail's and our youth believe it normal to go to jail. Jail is bringing the crime and drug's to the community because they are moving into the town after jail because criminals familys moved in the community to support them. We have 10yr Olds on ICE, DRINKING WITCH LEADS TO CRIME. WE NEED A REHAB FOR THE COMMUNITY AND EITHER YOUTH ASWEL . REMEMBER THE 10YR OLDS Will Be TEENS SOON AND TEENS Will be YOUNG ADULTS and one Thing I am SURE OF IS ITS JUST GETTING started . Kids are bashing animals to death or left to be put down. Lightning gas fires and burning house after house and cars . Break and enter . We call for a stop to jail's influence and built a REHAB for the adults and youth.
