On April 22, 1986, Robyn Star Field, a beautiful young lady just 13 years old, was brutally murdered by her 15 year old classmate, Warren Paxton Brown, in his bedroom at his home, while his Aunt, Grandmother and Uncle were all downstairs. Robyn was not permitted to be there by herself, so one of her friends told her he would go with her, knowing all along that the plan that day was to murder Robyn. Yes this was premeditated because young Robyn did not want to see Paxton anymore and he told everyone if he couldn't have her, no one could.
After being lured to his home, he brutally beat and strangled her, pounding her head against the floor while his hands were around her throat slowly taking her life. Paxton's Aunt helped this monster dispose of this angel's body. Removing all of her clothes, wrapping her in a sheet, they loaded her in the back of the Aunt's station wagon. Stopping by the family home, Paxton offered his help finding Robyn, all the while he knew where she was. Ultimately the two of them discarded Robyn, like yesterdays trash, in a nearby metropark river.
Tried as an adult, due to the horrendous crime committed, Common Pleas Judge James P. Kilbane, at the time of sentencing, called Paxton a "cold, calculating violent murderer who was completely devoid of truth, moral integrity or love for anyone else but himself." Sentenced to life in prison with no possibility of parole for 25 years, this monster has a parole hearing scheduled in April. Please help the family keep this murderer behind bars, where he belongs, not only for what he did to Robyn and what he took from her family, but to protect all the other innocent people who could easily become his next victim should be set free. Life means Life and we need to keep him behind bars.
We won this fight back in April of 2010!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
