Victims rights to drop charges and no contact orders in arkansas

Too many cases have been popping up where couples have been arguing and there were no injury's but the arresting officers have been charging the man or woman with domestic battery, kidnapping (false imprisonment/detainment), and terroristic threatening. Especially in situations where the couples are homeless due to no shelters. The law states that we as victims or so-called have no right to drop charges and in most cases there is a "No Contact" order put in place . How are we as married or engaged couples supposed to seek help thru therapy or other means to repair damage to relationships to make it work especially when there are children involved. Also, the women or men are being led in questioning in order to get desired answers to place such charges. As American citizens, we should have the right to keep our families together and as Christians we should have the choice to do as God asked us and keep one partner for life. I believe this goes against our right to the pursuit of happiness and our right to live the American Dream. Please help to be part of the solution. Myself and my fiance along with 7 other couples just in my neighborhood in Trumann, AR are now being told we can't even speak to our husbands or wives after a heated dispute that got blown out of proportion and fishing tactics to coherse trumped up charges.
