Please sign this petition to force congress to pass a bill allowing the FCC & FTC have strickter regulations for the use of advertising on the internet. Television, radiostations, and the media in general have rules they must follow whether it be a t.v station or radio station. If they advertised that 100 people could go to Walmart and win 100 dollars each, they better have that money . So why can the internet constantly have fake adds using AI, adds for making quick money fast costing people there life savings, jobs that dont exist taking all the people who are unemployed exploiting there desperation and stealing personal and private information, then, the site is gone. Job never exited. Fake rental properties asking for a down payment then disappearing. Fake investment scams. All of this starts out with watching an add that is lying to the American public on a daily basis.
