Demand an End to Samsung Limiting Fast Wireless Charging to Samsung Brand Chargers!!

Recently, Samsung has restricted Fast Wireless Charging on it's phones to Samsung brand wireless chargers. This is a clear violation of the Federal Trade Commission Act ("FTC Act"), the Telephone Consumer Protection Act ("TCPA"), Federal Communications Commission ("FCC") regulations, the 8 Basic Rights of the Consumer (The Right to Choose), and Deceptive Advertising since Samsung phone buyers were not explicitly told their phone may not work with aftermarket/3rd party wireless chargers.

I believe we can organize in numbers and send a petitioning statement to Samsung Electronics America at 85 Challenger Rd, Ridgefield Park, NJ 07660 (Tel: +1 800-726-7864) to stop this oppressive and technologically regressive behavior. If they choose to ignore us we will move forward with a class action suit against them.
