Keep NCEA Level 1 In New Zealand Schools.

2 years ago, an Auckland college stopped assessing NCEA Level 1 to junior students. Why? Because it was 'irrelevant'. My school has talked about it but hasn't made any further actions. I believe that the whole of New Zealand SHOULD keep NCEA Level 1 going for our juniors, or at least make it optional. Some students may only have the abilities to pass Level 1. Personally, I know a few students at my school who may only be able to pass Level 1. Please sign this petition for the students who NEED NCEA Level 1.
