Man Killed Horse Rather than Feeding It

A few years back, along interstate 94 between Fargo & Grand Forks, ND there was a single, skinny horse in a field. People called it in constantly. The owner was contacted & offered food for his horse. Instead, the man SHOT & KILLED the horse. Demand justice!
