Water tap in Arthur Newbery park, Tilehurst Reading

Arthur Newbery park is a much loved green space, it is frequented by mostly dog walkers & families with young children. As a dog walker I believe this area would greatly benefit from a water source, as carrying large quantities of water can be an issue for most people. Dogs & children suffer greatly from dehydration due to their high activity levels, so need to drink a lot.
So I propose that Reading Borough Council install a drinking water tap with a metal trough beneath it to catch overflow. This tap could save lives.
