Enforcing Gun Laws

I'm going to give a few points that seem to be missed. It's not the GUNS that's the Problem It's the PEOPLE NOT BEING HELD RESPONSIBLE.
It's not just Republicans, it's everyone from federal down to the county levels. Majority of the excuses are either "My hands are tied" or "Too Much Paperwork" or "It won't happen here".

The PRESIDENT can do something about it by issuing Executive Orders. We HAVE GUN LAWS THAT NEED TO BE ENFORCED!!!!

We need the federal government to stop the childish games and man/woman up to take responsibility. Start the process.  If they get the ball rolling to get the states to start their balls rolling, and then trickle down, things can be solved.

But A LOT Needs to be fixed and can be fixed in similar to same way.

1.  Evaluation needs to be done to own a gun.
2. Link the guns owned and bought to the Driver License or License that's in use.
3. Anyone that sells guns not registered with the governments, etc. of the serial number, who owns it, etc... Should be HEAVILY FINED IF NOT JAILED!!! Any Responsiblity that happens from when they sell, etc. should be held on them for their own Incompetence.
4.  If any plan to sell guns, must register said gun or guns with the county/state to be logged in with the federal...5.  If anyone plans to hunt with said gun/guns, needs to have the above done. We do need to curb the Deer and other animal population to not be or get overcrowded. Location is Key as well! Must NOT LIVE IN A CITY to own a gun. However, here are the following...
Only exceptions... Police Officers, They must do their training, evaluations, etc. and still the guns should be registered to their drivers license, etc. This also goes for Bounty Hunters, Security Officers, Body Guards, and other types of Law Enforcement officials or those who have gone through evaluations, training, etc. to have a concealed carry for protection.
6. Enforce current Laws for goodness sakes and punish any sales of weapons outside of designated areas.
7. BAN ANY 3-D printed Weapons! 8.  Ammo can only be purchased at designated locations and must be registered with License that must show that they have the said guns registered to go with what the bullets protect and how many.

Yes, I have been thinking about all of this since the school shooting back in the 90s In Tennessee... 
This would be a good method to determine what is used for Hunting and all game registered that's been hunted with the game warden at any park, etc. and that can be thoroughly discussed as well. It's not easy to catch and tag stray/wild animals for scanning, but this would help ensure if it has the diseases that's been passed around, etc.

If caught even on own land without a license to hunt at all... Fined , etc.

Cause we should remember a former vice president who was shot during a hunting expedition.  With all of that information, that can be used to decide what types of guns, etc. should be banned based on the categories above.  With the exclusion of what the military is allowed and use, etc. 
Only exception to that is that the Military should not be allowed to take those weapons home, but do like the others and register their own. These records should be available to those that sell the ammo, weapons, the federal, the state, and the local.   As per any other law, any that has a felony, should not be in possession of a firearm, etc. 
Exception is if they have finished their probation and passed the evals, etc. and follow like other citizens and it's not of a crime like theft, murder, or something pretty serious. It could also be effective if there's a time limit to certain crimes like not being in possession for over 5+ years. Remaining trouble free, no arrests.  No time limit to like theft or murder... Hell no, because that's never to be trusted. If a registered Sex offender  or have committed Rape, incest, etc. NO.
Domestic VIOLENCE IS A HUGE NO.
This should end any "buddy" system, etc. that may be going on across the country in areas.

Rich or middle class (which is clearly going away completely) or poor have no exceptions to this method above. Not even Religion should be an exemption...

This should not be a problem if all above is done. Those that raise a tiff, should be reminded of what can happen in the wrong hands....
