Stop nursing home abuse in spring creek nursing home and rehabilataton crnter

Five years ago I entrusted my mothers care to Spring Creek Nursing's Home and rehab center they were negligent by allowing her to remain in the room with a toxic infection which they failed to treat both my mother and her roommate died 2 days apart.upon taking legal action against this home of horrors they blamed my mother for her deteriorating and her death they were formerly in another community housing people of color however due to their bad reputation they were forced to close and reopened in Soring Creek Brooklyn where they continued to offer negligent care to senior citizens mostly of African Americans and Latino populations please assist me in bringing this issue to our local politicians I'm hoping with it support we can close this facility down again
