My buddy had his account taken anyway for issue which elex was at fault for .and was compensated for this. Then comes to nrw kingdom fresh start and they take his account because there was a refund. He hasn't been allowed back into play. And he spends about total in 4 years ,60,0000 dollars. I also had my castle stolen from me.
