ONLINE GAMES SHOULD HAVE BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE. MMORPG, online gaming you must pay money to get started and advance in the game. Customer Support is only answered by submitting a ticket and waiting for an email response. They do not provide a customer service phone number. It is very difficult to communicate by email. They either give you an incorrect answer or say they are working on it. This leads to many back and forth emails. Also lots of wasted time. We need a requirement that all profit game companies must have a customer support phone number. It should be mandatory that customer service must response in 24-48 Hours. Often the gaming companies feel they can cancel your accounts without reason or investigation. They want to force us into repurchasing the game again. We can not allow them to do this. There needs to be an investigation and proof of violation they claim prior to any cancelation.
