SAVE AFRICAN FOREST ELEPHANTS FROM EXTINCTION
I guess most of you Guys must be well aware that African Forest Elephants that are found Exclusively in the Rainforests in Central Africa are Critically Endangered all across their range and could be extinct within a Decade.
It is no Secret that they are being slaughtered by Organized Elephant Poachers on an Industrial Scale.
One Glaring Example tells us everything.
In Minkebe National Park in Gabon, 25,000 Forest Elephants were slaughtered by Poachers from 2004-2013.
Gabon has the single largest population of Forest Elephants in all of Central Africa.
If they are poached like no tomorrow, in Gabon then their long term survival is in issue.
From 2002 - 2018 There has been a rapid 62 % Decline in their population all over Central Africa.
Forest Elephants are the Gardeners of Tropical Rain Forests in Central Africa. If They Go, The Forests will be next on the chopping block.
They are Unique in terms of Bio Diversity.
Please Urge the Government of Gabon and its Respected President to do all in their power to halt Forest Elephant Poaching in its tracks.
