November 9, 2018 an agreement was signed by me and Ms. Lori Markle, an attorney for the United States Postal Service. This agreement stated that my retirement date would be effective September 30, 2018 and that my annual leave balance, sick leave balance and administrative leave would be paid to me through pay adjustments. As of today and according to Human Resources and the Retirement department within the Postal Service, no information or paperwork/agreement has been received relative to that agreement. The representative of the Postal Service has failed to comply with the agreement by not supplying the necessary parties with a copy of the agreement so that it may be processed.
