It's a damn shame !!! What the Ms river ( spillway) waters are doing to the gulf coast waters. Not only is it taking away from people ;
That live on lake Pontchartrain with the brown disgusting water killing our fish, dolphins and our way of life in Louisiana. Now you come to the Ms coast in see dead fish on top of the water along with floating dead dolphins !!!! This is such a sad site to see. We traveled all the way to north of ship island to just see clear water. It's a damn shame that they don't come up with a better way other than opening the spillway into our waterways!! The Corps of Engineers, they are killing it for our kids and lord knows what this is doing to our bodies with putting brown dirty water in our fisheries. Hearing on the news this morning, that Mississippi has to put a red dye just to test the shell fish to make sure they not contaminated!!
They messing with a system that was made for a reason !!!!
Something has got to be done. You are not suppose to mix the fresh water into the salt water.
