Misuse of DCS

Im a firm believer in "it takes a village to raise a child". I cannot stand someone who has kids and forgets they have them. I have 3 beautiful children who are my heart. But what I do not believe is right is the misuse of dcs. Meaning, people who call out of spite or bc theyre bored or they wsnt to get back at someone. That shit is real and you shouldnt play with someone's parenthood. Especially if they dont deserve it. Please lets end this complete misuse of the system. Leave DCS for the people who actually need it.
