Save the Yellow-bellied Glider in Tumoulin State Forest, North Queensland

  • by: Janis Clague
  • recipient: The Premier of Queensland, Campbell Newman

Tumouling State Forest is soon to be re-opened to commercial logging. The Yellow-bellied Glider is strictly arboreal & with the lack of trees, is unable to glide among suitable habitat. They are also known to vacate an area where logging has commenced. Our gliders have nowhere to go!
