Title: Unite for Justice: Take Action Now to Restore the Sanctity and Integrity of Public Land Records

We, the undersigned, come together in solidarity to demand an immediate and forceful response from the United States (federal government), state, and local government policymakers and agencies to address the corruption, fraud, and injustice revealed by Tyrone's investigation into the Loudoun County Virginia government's actions.

Tyrone's harrowing story is not an isolated incident. By courageously exposing the sinister underbelly of the real estate industry, Tyrone has brought to light the corruption, fraud, and discrimination that has affected countless innocent homebuyers. We must not allow these injustices to continue.

The evidence uncovered through Tyrone's relentless pursuit of the truth reveals a pervasive pattern of corruption that extends across a Virginia community and potentially every local government recorder's office in the fifty states. This widespread corruption has uprooted and exposed poverty, inequities, inequalities, entrenched unconstitutional and systemic corruption, and discriminatory local government real-estate land use systems, building or zoning regulations, and tax collection policies and practices.

        We demand immediate and forceful action:

1. Initiate a comprehensive and independent investigation into the corruption, fraud, and unethical practices within the Loudoun County Virginia government and its collaborators, holding those responsible accountable for their actions.

2. Act swiftly to rectify the situation for victims like Tyrone by permanently removing fraudulent deeds of trusts (mortgages) improperly recorded among the public land records and their names from Loudoun County Virginia government's systems of records and providing necessary legal support to ensure justice is served.

3. The local government taxing authority and assessor shall notify the potential property owner(s) when a parcel identifier changes.

4. Implement robust legislative and regulatory measures to prevent future occurrences of corruption, fraud, and discrimination in public land records and real estate transactions.

5. Protect and honor whistleblowers like Tyrone, who courageously risk their own well-being to expose corruption and injustice.

By signing this petition, we declare our unwavering commitment to justice and our refusal to tolerate the rampant corruption that has undermined the very foundations of our land use and real estate systems.
