Stop being inhumane to fur-babies I demand for them to be treated better than I've seen in some instances

    I'd like for the state of KY to make it a felony to beat, burn, break bones, cause them to go hungry drop them off on the side of the road. Stop people from treating these beautiful souls as anything less than that
