Tell Congress: Fix America's National Parks!

For decades, America's national parks have suffered from overdue maintenance needs such as degraded roads, deteriorated trails and outdated visitor centers.

These repairs currently total more than $11.9 billion.

Thankfully, both Republicans and Democrats in Congress, along with the administration, recently came together to craft legislation that addresses the parks' most critical needs over the next five years. In fact, this is our best opportunity in more than 50 years to get national parks the help they need with much-needed repairs.

Speak up for your national parks! Tell your members of Congress to do everything they can to fix America's parks by supporting and passing this bipartisan legislation today.
Dear [Decision maker],

As someone who cares about America's national parks, I urge you to do everything you can to support and pass the Restore Our Parks Act (H.R. 1225/S. 500) that, if enacted, would help address the most critical maintenance needs in America's national parks.

National parks suffer from more than $11.9 billion in overdue repairs.

Please provide the critically needed funding to address this backlog by supporting and passing this legislation. If you have already cosponsored this legislation, thank you! Your continued support is crucial.

We must continue to ensure our national parks protect America's natural wonders and history for our children and grandchildren. Thank you for considering my views.

Sincerely,
