Tell Your Senators: Support Rohingya Refugee Rights

On December 13 the U.S. House of Representatives overwhelmingly passed a resolution to denounce the violence in Myanmar that caused more than 900,000 Rohingya people to flee to Bangladesh.

The resolution declares that the crimes committed against the Rohingya are genocide and that all governments including the U.S. should take a firmer stand for human rights.

Now the U.S. Senate is considering a similar resolution, and they need to hear from you.

Sign our petition now to tell your Senator to support the rights of Rohingya refugees.
Dear [SENATOR'S NAME],

I urge you to support S.Res.735 to condemn the mass atrocities committed against the Rohingya people in Myanmar. We urgently need to see an end to the violence in Myanmar against the Rohingya people, along with the provision of humanitarian aid on both sides of the border, and global leadership towards a lasting political solution to the crisis that includes the recognition of the human rights of all Rohingya people.

Sincerely,

[SUPPORTER'S NAME]
