Tell Zinke: Hands Off the Endangered Species Act

The Endangered Species Act is under attack like never before. Republicans in Congress are trying to sneak riders into must-pass bills that would harm it. Now, Trump and Zinke's Interior Department have proposed radical changes that would gut the Act and drive imperiled animals and plants closer to extinction.

These are a brutal one-two punch with deadly intent.

Zinke's proposed changes would weaken protections for hundreds of endangered animals and plants and the places they live — including polar bears and borderlands jaguars.

The changes would also impact hundreds of at-risk species waiting for protection under the Act — like the monarch butterfly. They could face life-threatening delays or be denied the protections they need to survive.

Will you speak up for wildlife? Tell Secretary Zinke to immediately withdraw his Interior Department's disastrous proposals to gut the Endangered Species Act.
