We Demand Abortion Access for All

The 5-4 SCOTUS decision that struck down a dangerous Louisiana abortion restriction was a win, but just barely. For far too many, access to abortion is a right on paper only — Black people and other people of color, LGBTQ+ people, people with low incomes, and those at the intersections of those identities already face barriers to care due to systemic racism, discrimination and inequality. For many of these people, abortion is already virtually out of reach.

No one's access to abortion should be determined by where they live, how much money they make, or the color of their skin.

This fight is far from over. Politicians will continue to do everything they can to deny people access to safe, legal abortion. At this moment, fifteen other abortion cases are just one step away from the Supreme Court.
