Katrina Smith was sent to Caton Manor without consent by family. She was at Hopkins undergoing issues and chemo. She was coming along so well getting stronger but was still on oxygen and medication. Once she got sent to Caton Manor, they neglected to give her the oxygen and medication that she so desperately needed. Katrina was able to get enough strength and called her son to come because she knew something was wrong, after only being there for a couple of days. Once he arrived at Caton Manor his mother was laying in the bed twitching from lack of oxygen. When he confronted the nurses no one had been in there to check on her nor did they even know her name. The ambulance was called and the couldn't tell the driver anything about her. They couldn't find her medical records nor give him any type of information. Once she got too the hospital, she lost too much oxygen and her organs started to fail and it was nothing else doctors could do. My aunt might of had health problems but if she was taken care of like she was supposed to have been and not neglected, then she would still be here with her sons and family. There are so many horror stories about that place it's a surprise something hasn't already been done. Please don't let yours or anyone else's family member go through what mine and several other families had to go through. Please sign this petition and get something done about this place.
