Demand an End to the Practice of Non-Allied Health Professional Council

i was one of the first two people posted to the facility to handle DHIMS now DHIMS 2 as a biostatistics assistant.
i had never gone on any training again since Mr. Nketia and Berlinda took over from me as health information officers.
Nketia is not with us and Berlind on study leave and when there is training on DHIMS 2 different person who does not practice as health information officer is allowed to atten the traing.
