Build a sidewalk, for better safety.!

Living here in Port st. Lucie I've noticed citizens sometimes like to take walks along the SW Port. st. Lucie Blvd. And it has come to my attention that we are in need of a sidewalk there. It is very hazardous for people walking alongside there to get hit by a car. Especially for bikers who can not bike on the grass and have a small area alongside the road to bike. The risk of getting hit increase higher at nighttime. I have had a first-Hand experience almost hitting someone at night. Building a sidewalk would be very convenient for everyone's safety.
