Handicap Parking Permit Monitoring

Drivers without proper documentation are frequently seen parking in handicap spots. Those who need to have close access to businesses, some of them with no assistance available, are then left to park in the far corners of parking lots.

Some states have places on their Websites where offenders can be reported. I would like to petition the NC Congress to add such a link to their Website which would include the ability to upload a picture of the offending automobile.
