Create a healthy smoke free environment at Winsor Plaza Senior Housing

Since numerous senior citizens have respiratory problems such as asthma and COPD, we  find the increased levels of 2nd hand smoke at Winsor Plaza in Lakeville, Mn., to be an irritant and risk to our health. We are asking that all indoor smoking be banned in keeping with Minnesota's emphasis on public safety and health laws.
