Impotence of how blood tested

Phlebotomist use tourniquet to draw blood but it does more harm than good to your test results
It gives false results especially with kidney disease patients
I have noticed that when the tourniquet is used the test results is high in protein levels than when the tourniquet is not used.
Phlebotomist wants easy life to draw blood out of patients by using tourniquet by pressing your muscle so we need to change this procedure and I really need your support to go forward with this process
