People should sign this petition because the States of USA want to cut budget at all cost without considering the full coverage health need of the Seniors ,by looking at the monthly income only to judge and justify the means to remove the supplemental coverage after Medicare pays. They do not take into consideration that from the monthly income of the needy Senior: food, shelter, utilities, gasoline, car maintenance, laundry and personal toiletry must come out; they are only seeing the income not the expense, and this is not fare for we are talking about the poor needy Senior.
It is urgent we voice out our oppinion regarding the injustice of removing Medicaid Supplemental Insurance benefit to the Elderly and Disable people in order for them to be covered with all the medical expense left over after Medicare pays. The income the elderly and disable receive is not enough to pay leftover medical expenses for they have to pay their rent/mortgage, food, gasoline, automobile maintenance, and personal toiletry and grooming. Please let every one out there know the importance of requesting FULL MEDICAID coverage for our eldery and disable.
