Cap the Price on Insulin!

The price of insulin is overly expensive even with insurance help. Type 1 diabetics are having to rationalize their insulin to last over a time because of the price. They're also having to go other routes of ordering out of the country. We're wanting to get a cap of $100 for type 1 diabetics with insurance. People shouldn't have to limit medical usage for a disease they can't control.
