I feel that, if the FDA will allow chemicals (such as butylated hydroxyanisole as a preservative, or BPA in canned foods) to be in our food, we should have the right to know what chemicals we are consuming, and the side effects that eating those chemicals will have in our bodies. These side effects should be published alongside the nutrition facts label. I would like to contact the FDA directly once this petition has enough signatures, and try to make some change.
