Save Arwelfa Residential Care Home

We the undersigned are petitioning Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council and Gwalia Group against the proposed closure of the Croeserw Arwelfa Residential Care Home. We believe that this proposal will have a detrimental impact on the lives of residents and the communities of the Afan Valley.
