Allow Janessa Rhodes to maintain her gardens at Cliff Creek Apartments until September 30, 2015.

DHT gave me until the end of August to dispose of all the plants in my gardens. I asked them to extend that until the end of September so that we could enjoy the flowers and vegetables for a couple of months. After all, I invested more than $500 in plants, soil, fertilizer, hoses, shovels, etc. Seeing as how I live on a fixed income due to LGL Leukemia I could hardy afford that kind of money. Unfortunately my illness prevents me from working a regular job and tending to the gardens gives me something to look forward to doing every day. I never would have put so much money in the gardens had the previous managers not given me permission. Unfortunately I did not know they were leaving so I never bothered to put it in writing.
