CGM (Continual Glucose Monitor) needs help for type 1 diabetics

Type 1 diabetes is a life time problem not only for kids, but for every age. I have had type 1 diabetes since I was seven and I have had it for 60 years. I am one of the lucky ones. There is a bill in the Senate, Bill S-2689 which will allow Medicare to help pay the price of CGM(Continual Glucose Monitor) for seniors. The cost is high but when you look at the cost of emergency room visits you can see the savings in dollars. The savings is great but the biggest benefit would be the health and well being of the seniors. Not only do we need this bill passed we need to expand it to cover all Type 1 diabetics.
