Demanding fire hazardous property maintainance in California

Living in a rural area. Many people that own acrerage or land do not maintain it. Ley sometimes never see their property for years. We and our neighbors work hard to keep our property fire safe, others dont care. We live in a Land Owners Community and pay our dues. If we dont clean our property for fire safety Cal Fire threatens us but if the people that own acres between us dont care for their property, they slide by.
