Demand the FDA hold manufactures of Spinal Cord Simulators Accountable for those injured by devices and provide assistance for those injured.

Patients of Pain Management Facilities are being forced to have stimulators implanted. Thousands are being injured with no recourse for the patient as the manufacturers hide behind PMA. Patients report that they have been shocked or burned or have suffered spinal-cord nerve damage ranging from muscle weakness to paraplegia. Most of these devices have been approved by the FDA with little clinical testing and the agency's data shows that spinal-cord stimulators have a disproportionately higher number of injuries.
