People should not have to go without their medically necessary medications when their doctor's medical license is suspended or revoked. Some patients have to take their meds to survive. Why do they not let people get their medicines? It's as if they're punishing the doctor's patients! In an article dated 1/8/12 by Dean Oleson, State Journal Register, a spokeswoman for the IDFPR states that the IDFPR should not be responsible for prescribing medications or finding new doctors for the patients. Something needs to be put in place so patients of suspended or revoked doctors medical license can get their necessary, live saving medication. It's like they're leaving hundreds or thousands of patients without doctors or medicines when they did absolutely nothing wrong. Some medications have to be weaned off but obviously the IDFPR doesn't care that some people may go through withdrawal and possibly die in the process. SOMETHING MUST BE PUT INTO PLACE FOR THESE PATIENTS! Help congress fight this
