When a loved one is struggling with stress and anxiety, what do you do? Mind's free guides can help.

When someone is struggling with stress and anxiety, they may find it hard knowing where to turn to. Worse still are the recent government cuts to mental health services that are making it harder for everyone to get the support they need.

Every year, one in four of us will experience a mental health problem and we believe that no-one should have to face a mental health problem alone. For many Mind is the first place they turn to for information and support and last year more 400,000 guides like this one were given out, but we can only do this because of our supporters.
