Attorney General Sessions Wants To Take Your Legal Marijuana.

According to Gallup, Medical Marijuana is supported by 94% of the American public, but just one man wants to make it illegal again.

For more than 20 years medical marijuana has helped Americans deal with everything from chronic pain, MS, nausea and PTSD. But for many, the suffering didn’t stop there. While they finally found relief from their maladies, the US Justice Department often targeted them, even if medical marijuana was legal in their state. Fortunately, Congress passed a law in 2014 to make USJD prosecution for legal marijuana users more difficult.

But now Attorney General Jefferson Beauregard Sessions III wants to turn back the clock on our legal right to consume marijuana for medical purposes. This week, he personally asked Congress to allow him to go after medical cannabis providers in the 25 states where it is now legal! We can’t let that happen.

Sessions must be smoking if he thinks Americans are going to stand by and let him take our legal cannabis. Let’s tell Congress to send him packing! Sign this petition and tell Congress to refuse Sessions request to prosecute legal medical marijuana providers.

Dear Representative,

The citizens of twenty five states and three territories have voted to legalize medical marijuana within their borders. Medical marijuana has proven to be helpful in relieving pain and other illnesses for millions of people. Now our attorney general wants to throw a wrench in that progress. Please refuse to grant him the right to prosecute providers of medical marijuana within states where it is now perfectly legal. Please defend our right to battle our illnesses legally and naturally.
