STOP FREELANCE DOMESTIC BREEDING
Far too long have animals been used and abused for the sole purpose of entertainment or monetary income. It is time to enact laws that prohibit persons from breeding domestic animals without a license. Millions of animals live and die in poor conditions that regrettably we the people create for them via freelance breeding. Not those who breed for show but those who breed for dough. These sick individuals torture bitches litter after litter all for a little extra cash in hand at the end of the month, ultimately leading to the overpopulation of domestic animals here in the United States all by default. And the fault too lies in the hands of the ill equipped and ill considered who adopt and then disown eventually leading to a life homeless or imprisoned and in most cases the ultimate consequence, demise. I propose we enforce a law requiring the purchase of such a license that is bought from local, state or federal government requiring restrictions and regulations to be enforced by government and punishable as deemed necessary for each transgression. And for those looking to breed or adopt, extensive screening will be required for such a long term responsibility. The quintessential message is to protest this independent market and promote oversight in the case of domestic animal breeding to protect the animals and put overpopulation, neglect, and torment in check. We the undersigned push for action to be taken for regulation of the Freelance Breeding Market that is available at everyones' disposal despite their intentions. Laws need to be created, passed and enforced nationwide governing all elements of breeding and adopting including but not limited to licensing, thorough investigation, penalty and so on. Animals are dying on account of the lack of control and your help is desperately needed for change. Create this law, save lives, generate income via penalty and fight the cause for humane action for our domestic loved ones. From the bottom of our hearts thank you for your time and effort.
